Macdonald Shaw, an executive search firm pride themselves on providing more than just recruitment services, but rather see themselves as partners in the their talent’s journey to success. Their point of difference is not only in the services they provide during both the passive and active search periods but also as advisors and thought leaders.
Unfortunately, their website did not reflect this.
We knew that the solution should not just be a good looking website that explained the Macdonald Shaw difference, but rather one that acted as an ongoing source of advice and inspiration that would encourage repeat visitation and engagement. And so as a key talent engagement initiative, the Macshaw Journal was born – a bi-monthly collection of curated news and views aimed at keeping the talent engaged, informed and ultimately immersed in the Macdonald Shaw brand.
The inaugural edition based on the theme of Leadership, has recently launched and the team are now working on the second edition which will focus on sports and achievement.
